Dr. Craig Steven Beasley, Pastor

                                                    Dr. Craig S. Beasley, a native of Augusta, GA, born January 9, 1964 to Henry                                                    and Christine Beasley. Craig joined the Macedonia Baptist Church under the                                                          leadership of the late Reverend J.S. Wright and was baptized at the age of                                                   8. He was educated in the Augusta Georgia public school system. He                                                                    completed all high school requirements in 1982 at Lucy C. Laney. Ten days                                                        after high school graduation, he enrolled in the summer semester at North                                                       Georgia Military College and furthered his education at Claflin College/ South Carolina State College where he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, branched as a Chemical Corps Officer in the United State Army. He served in Desert Storm/Shield as a Detachment Commander for the 197th Infantry Brigade, 18th Airborne Corp. He specialized in Nuclear, Biological Chemical Operations. In 1995, Craig rededicated his life to Christ.


He has served as a Deacon at New Life Full Gospel Baptist Church in Augusta, GA., and as a Deacon at the First Baptist Church of Carteret, NJ. He was licensed to preach the gospel in 1997 at Friendship Baptist Church and in 1999 he was ordained as a minister at Christian Union Baptist Church in Waldorf MD. Craig has served in several positions from Assistant to the Pastor to Assistant Pastor to Pastor. Dr. Beasley holds several degrees from several Institutions of higher learning to include two earned doctoral and one honorary doctorate degree. He has studied on the graduate level from Georgia Tech in Atlanta Georgia, George Washington University in DC, to Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He has attended various seminaries from Washington Baptist Theological Seminary to Howard University, and Andersonville Seminary. Dr. Beasley loves to teach and is a sitting professor at the Cornerstone Bible Institute. He also is a sitting professor and Regent/Board Trustee at the Infinity Bible Seminar and Institute. Dr. Beasley enjoys teaching God’s Word and is very passionate about God’s Word being heard. Dr. Beasley pastored Ebenezer Baptist Church in Ruther Glen Va, for 5 years, Shiloh Baptist Church in Richmond, VA, for 3 years, Bethlehem Baptist Church in Edgefield South Carolina for 2 years.


Dr. Beasley is married to the love of his life, Quezada (Lady T) Beasley. To this marriage they were blessed with Osborn Nesbitt, Jr., Minister Rekhail Sharp, Tyler, Malachi, and Jordan Beasley.

1986- Out Standing Young Men of America


1995 Assigned as the first African American to the EPA’s National Environmental Response Team-


Wrote six technical papers on elemental mercury detections and clean-up methods 1999 Recognized as a National Expert in Mercury clean-up.
